I, Arifa Muzaffar would like to once again thank you for visiting Saaz-o-Awaz web site.

Now that you are here, let me give you some background information about Saaz-o-Awaz. I would also like to introduce some of the people who have played an important role in making this a successful program and your favourite radio show.

I started my career as a broadcaster with a Punjabi radio program back in early 1998. I worked there for about an year and a half and gained valuable experience. Then in the middle of 1999 I started my own radio show "Saaz-o-Awaz". It was a humble start but, Alhamdolillah thanks to my team, sponsors and listeners, today, I am very happy to be the host of this popular radio program in the Greater Toronto Area.

Muzaffar Ali (my late husband) an IT Professional was with me every step of the way, in my journey as a broadcaster. It was with his help and loving support that I was able to reach where I am today. His guidance and unending support helped me gain the confidence required to face the challenges and keep moving forward. At times of difficulties he was always there to lift me up. Along with my love and thanks for Muzaffar Ali,  for every thing that he had done for me, I pray to Allah for his Maghfirah. May Allah grant him an elevated place in Jannah ... Aameen.

After my late husband, I would like to thank Tariq Husain, who not only took care of the religious programs in our show but, was always there when we needed him. Thank you Tariq Bhai.

Also I can never forget to thank ZubairUddin for providing us the news from our home country, Pakistan.

Finally I would like to thank our web designer Aamir Iqbal who helped us develop the Saaz-o-Awaz website.

Last but, not the least, I would like to thank all of my sponsors for their support, without which none of this could have been possible.
